Alkon’s Lightning® Lift-Axle Valve is a compact, all-in-one solution that combines a regulating ride valve and a lift valve into a single unit designed for commercial trailers. Built to simplify installation and improve long-term performance, it enhances operational efficiency while reducing DOT fines and preventing tire damage.

The two independent valves operate in tandem to deliver superior performance and reliability, even in demanding environments. Operating in temperatures from -40°F to 180°F, it offers ride pressure control from 10 to 150 PSI and lift pressure from 50 to 150 PSI with ±3% accuracy—delivering precise ride bag pressure down to 10 PSI. Machined from billet aluminum to eliminate leaks, the LLV is available in Solenoid or Air Pilot models, with select versions offering an Air Pilot Solenoid Override.

Proudly manufactured and rigorously tested in the U.S., Alkon’s LLV meets the rugged demands of various trailer applications and serves as a direct replacement for Norgren’s 5040-valve series.
