About Brad:

Brad joined Alkon with a strong foundation in electromechanical design and hands-on technical sales experience. He has a deep understanding of what OEM customers need to keep equipment performing in the field — from reliable pneumatic components to responsive support that helps reduce downtime.

Born and raised in North Webster, Indiana, Brad developed an early curiosity for how things work, which led him to study electromechanical systems and pursue a career focused on technical problem-solving. Before joining Alkon, he worked with manufacturers and engineers to design, test, and implement equipment solutions that improved operational efficiency and product performance.

Brad’s favorite part of working with customers is collaborating on real-world challenges — listening closely, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping create solutions that make a measurable impact. He says, “Building trust comes from showing up, solving problems, and following through — that’s how lasting partnerships are built.”

Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time outdoors, tinkering with home projects, and exploring new technologies that inspire his curiosity and creativity.
